John Claude Painting provides residential and commercial painting services in the Phoenix metropolitan area. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and a signed project agreement.

Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are free and provided without obligation.
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Final pricing is confirmed in a written project agreement before work begins.
  • Additional work beyond the original scope may require a change order with updated pricing.

Project Terms

  • A signed project agreement is required before work begins.
  • We require reasonable access to the work area during the project.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions not disclosed before the project start.
  • We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our painting project, please notify us within 30 days of project completion and we will make it right at no additional charge.
